Staff Member of the month (July)
as when the poll closes June would have gone

Yes, but members think through out June of who is being the best staff member then vote for them...

well how it would go is people vote say 1st of each month [say 1st June] (ending 30th/or 31st of same month)
of who they think is most worthy of being Staff Member of the
month then that staff Member would be the Staff Member of the
Month for all the Next month (July)
